Setting the time and date on your Norstar* phones

Please note, that all programming must be done from a M7310, M7324, T7316, T7324 Model Telephones. (Any phone that has more than 1 row of 8 buttons on the side is OK)

Depending on your phone system software version, you may get stuck on step 1 and the feature won't work. If this is the case, please submit us a trouble ticket and we will contact you and help.

 

1 - Press FEATURE * * T I M E (**8463 , or **23646)
The display shows

Password  
  RETRY

2 - Press ADMIN <23646> If you used (**TIME to login, skip to step 5)

Hour: 01
NEXT CHANGE

3 - Press NEXT until the display reads TIME AND DATE

4- Press SHOW, then press CHANGE softkey

 

5- In this example, you are changing the time to 1:30 .p. m.
Press CHANGE

NOTE:  Press the dial pad button to enter the hour. Use two digits for all hours. The clock in the display will show either one or two digits.
NOTE:  The display will prompt you to enter A.M. or P. M. Press CHANGE and OK to select P.M.

NOTE: If you are only changing the time and not the date, Press Rls to end your session.
In this example, you are changing the date to July 15, 2001

Press the dial pad to enter the month.
Use numbers for the months: 01 January; 12 is December.
